Originally built in 1969 with an avant-garde design, it was in high demand by local residents when it came on the market in 2002. The current owners were able to acquire it and immediately embarked on a total renovation, under the guidance of architect Juanjo Albors and interior designer Elena Ruíz.
The addition of second level and the redistribution of the existing spaces were at the core of the ambitious project that was brought to a conclusion in October 2005. The renovation of all facilities and enclosures plus the instalment of underfloor heating and comprehensive air conditioning make for a XXI-century house with every convenience. It features a layout that ensures practicality, comfort, ample storage space and – above all – great views from every room and terrace.
Distributed on two floors on an elevated foundation that includes a 100-square metre wooden terrace with swimming pool, the house has five bedrooms, two with the bathroom en suite. In all, there are four spacious bathrooms, two with a shower and two with a bathtub, one of which is a whirlpool.
On the main floor there is the main living room, the kitchen, three of the bedrooms, two bathrooms, the laundry room plus the large terrace with pool (4 x 7 m) and two pergolas.
On the upper floor is second living room, a small American kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a 20-square meter terrace with awnings.
Two independent storage rooms are built into the foundation. A car port for two vehicles is located at the same level.
Only the finest materials were used for the ceramic and parquet floors as well as the built-in closets and shelving. An open fireplace complements the panoramic view from the main living room window.
